- Mass spectrometry: Ultrahigh resolution Q-TOF mass spectrometer for accurate identification of proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, PEGylated proteins and small molecule drugs, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and other polymers in extremely small quantities. De novo peptide sequencing and identification of modified sites using MS/MS capability. High resolution MS for accurate determination of drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) and the drug load distribution of ADCs.
- NMR spectroscopy: Our expertise in NMR allows our scientists to determine the 3-dimentional structures of proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides. Our NMR spectrometer is equipped for liquid and solid state analysis and provides comprehensive 1D and 2D spectra data for identification and structure determination.
- Single crystal structure determination of peptides: SSCI provides services for single crystal screening and three-dimensional structure determination by X-ray diffraction.
